-1. I know where you're coming from but there's literally a system where all dispatches come up on your screen. & when someone texts or phones the police, the police have the option to respond directly

We have FIM (Force Incident Manager) which is the same thing. We’re reworking it a little at the moment but that doesn’t stop anyone RPing as a dispatcher. Unfortunately though, it doesn’t tend to work very well unless you have the right person doing it. Especially with the limited radio feature we have compared to IRL airwave radios and police operating on different channels
