Cyclone Speed Bug

Hiya ,

The Cyclone as below should be doing 143ish but it only does 115 straight.

Is this a bug or is it supposed to be like this ?

Looking at the post on here it looks like there just estimates from vehicle stats, at least you can take cars on test drives now before you buy in the actual city now.

oh ok makes sense , 115 seemed bit too off though hence why I thought it might  be a bug
