Description of what happened:
This is a bit of a long one. Basically i pulled up in kavala and parked my truck from which Da7mx and his friend sam_ksa started trying to pick lock my vehicle, i shot sam in the leg moved after the third attempt and moved it into a green zone and closer by, he tried again and when i was being restrained for hitting the wrong person with my gun, he ran over and took my truck and scrapped it.
(footage is questionable as my recorder freezes sometimes and just records audio) but you can see that almost instantly when i am restrained, Da7mx running directly for my truck.
And then about a hour later in kavala i saw him again, i tried warning a driver that he would steal his vehicle to which he did so i jumped in (thinking i could get it back).
After he crashed and meet up with his friend he proceeded to drive up and down the road VDMing me
Theres lots of evidence in the video to support my claims but the video is 59 minutes long
so here are the main times

What Rule Was Broken ?:
Rule 4A: Safe Zones
Robbing = You are not allowed to rob a person who is inside the greenzone, these are considered safe heavens for players to meet and have friendly meets/chats
Rule 5: Rest of Altis
VDM = Instant Ban (We have a anti VDM script however running people over for run is banable and considered VDM)
