This was an accident I had left 'cheat engine' on in the background when starting up Arma 3 after using it on another game. I hadn't known that leaving a cheat engine on would get me ban even if I hadn't used it for arma. If had known I would have been more cautious when using cheat engine. I know you can't verify that I wasn't going to use it for Arma 3 but take my word for it because I have been ban before and I'm not idiotic enough to try and hack the server. I think this shouldn't add onto my previous ban. For I know the rules and this is something that is explained in the rules.
