He just had a gun on his back. He was talking to me when officers tased him. I begged the officers for blood because I was bleeding out and almost dead and one answered with "we ain't medics, we don't give a shit about your life"

 
I like that people go nuts about it in the comment section. It was only a short clip of maybe 30 seconds, which was taken from maybe a 15 minute event. It does not show what happend beforehand, so it doesn't explain a lot of things from this clip. Yes there were many officers involved, it may not be productive but I am sure every officer was having fun. That's what we here for right? Poor lad got a pistol against his skull, but to be fair he did not stood a chance.

No this was entire situation. Blanket ban cops pls 🙂

 
I mean you can't assume the situation, we had a armed guy evading for ages, he was already initiated on but it was a tad overkill haha, I think around 5 would have done the job.
