Deleting tweeds!

Brief Summary: The ability to delete tweeds

Detailed Suggestion: Pretty simple, being able to delete tweeds - I have posted the wrong content, or posted on the wrong account (and even posted a picture I had copied on a different character!)
So the ability to delete tweeds when mistakes are made or for other reasons tbh would be cool

The Pros: Delete unwanted tweeds

The Cons: None that I can think of

Massive +1
Especially as what you mentioned could prevent an accidental rulebreak (posting an image with possible knowledge from another character)

It would help big with people that have dyslexia as well, and would have prevented the infamous Teej McGee post where he posted our gender reveal invitation instead of the raffle poster... actively putting our kids up for sale by accident 😂😂

I like the idea of having an option to delete a post on tweedle, HOWEVER, shouldn't be as easy as a "remove" button, you can work for it , potentially get a "USB" (or something else?), which allows you to delete a certain tweedle post or something of sort - don't know how it'll work though :p

oh yes I always have to go run to my local shop for an usb to delete my facebook and youtube posts 😂

I mean I like the creative idea but realistically it's only a tweed and IRL it's simple to remove posts on social media

I gave it a bit of thought, and I think a grace period could work well.

You can delete a post within that grace window, say 15-20 seconds from the moment it’s posted. After that, it’s public and it’s out there.

An additional option AFTER the grace period is over:

You could go to a “hacker” who, for a decent fee, is willing to remove Tweedle posts. This could even be tied to a location near / behind Lifeinvader 😉
Your own account’s posts (logged in) base price
3rd party posts (not logged in) higher price (for example x3/4/5)

That keeps mistakes meaningful and preserves consequences.

Could be a pretty cool mechanic.

But again, it's quite a lot of "Dev" work, for not necessarily a lot of "benefit"

+ 1 for that idea mate. Grace period sounds good! Makes sense

only thing i have to say is it should probably be atleast a minutes, 15-20 gives little chance for some people to even realise what they just posted on what account

I don’t see this as an issue that needs fixing, if you post something accidentally then just have a laugh at it, if you post something that could get you fired (from a job etc), then you should have been more careful. If you post something that could get you banned, staff can intervene.

It's not just for the reasons, but it's just a small feature that kinda makes sense to have. You can delete marketplace ads

"By accident", he asked for one and got 3. I'm sure he would take offers on at least 1 of them xD <3

(Also +1)
