Diaglog about injuries whilst down

Just a quick one.

With the medical update, it would be nice for a person to see what injuries they have whilst they are down.

Just a little dialog that lists the injuries on the side of the screen.

It looks a bit silly when you do "/me GSWs to the legs", but actually the Medic can see youve been shot to the head and nothing in the legs.

It would help people actually RP their injuries for the NHS.
