Dice Rolling

Basically its a / command that will roll a dice so if you want to roll a 6 sided dice it would be something like /roll 1 6 it will then do the dice rolling animation and then provide a /me message showing what you rolled can be used to gamble money and other things against other players and could be a nice little fun addition

/roll <sides>

If sides is not specified it will default to a 6 sided die.
