Full Description:
I was playing blackjack at the casino and started to lose health / armour. At first I thought I was being attacked but as you can see in the video no one was close enough to do any damage. Happens at the end of the clip just wanted to add a 5 min video to show as much context as possible

From the looks of it you got stuck in the floor, since this isn't reproducible there isn't anything we can do about this.
