Discord Bot Commands

Make a bot or update an existing bot that allows us to use commands for the following: 

• Server IPs
  
• Forum links (Comp requests, Report a player, Suggestions, Rules)
  
• Wiki page
  
• RPUK Socials
  

This is not a needed feature for the discord, but it would be a very useful tool for people like myself who like to help the people that need it.
