Dominik is in that photo... If he's running about I doubt he could control the car at the same time.

 
Dominik was kicked and the car was still moving? Can you activate some kind of script that works even if you are kicked?

 
I think it is a script that makes the selected vehicles drive to a point/person automaticly without controlling it yourself

 
essentially, it was NPC's driving the cars.... so, When he was kicked, they carried on.... 

 
They also have hexagons over their bodies? Which makes me assume that they're on the police side from where you select OpFor, BluFor, and Independent?

Furthermore, one of them has the leader tag for the BluFor side.

I wouldn't say he should be banned based on the error that kicked him. I had that once and got kicked along with alot of other players.

Scary shit someone driving the car but I've seen that error before without it being scripts.

EDIT: note that this isn't me saying there isn't a scripter out there controling your car that needs to be banned, but the error I don't think proves who it was, sorry man.

Not only that, if a civvie joins the blufor team and goes ingame he "spawns" as in his body is still on spawn island (what the cops can see) so he got a hexagon while all he sees is "mission failed not whitelisted for this slot"

 
+1'ing this completely, Dominik first tested this out on the bounty hunter apple (sorry dude cant remember your full name if you read this), if you want a full name PC Jamie knows who im talking about. Dominik was able to take complete control of apple's character, attempting to stun me with his weapon. Here are some simple characteristics shown if being controlled by him:

  • The player's chat name will change to Dominik. If they attempt to speak in a channel that shows their name, his name will replace that of the hacked person.
  • He can be kicked for script violation, though he may have found a way to get around Battleye's system.
  • The player loses COMPLETE control, they will have no power whatsoever to intervene in what is happening. Though they can disconnect, the results of doing so seem unclear.
  • If Dominik disconnects, the hacked person will be kicked automatically.
EDIT: To my knowledge he wasn't a free weekender, as his incident with apple occured before the offer started.
