I donated 20 quid 15th of April 2015 - around 10:55, I recieved 2 messages from Wilco confirming my donator membership's updated.

! Issue #1: My rank is not updated.

! Issue #2: I can't provide you with my playerID nor my ingame name due to previous ^ However, I recieved this "You can reply to this personal conversation by following the link below:

http://www.altislife.co.uk/index.php?app=members&module=messaging&section=view&do=showConversation&topicID=#msg (Removed the ID#, its personal afterall )
 
And by following previous link I got to this "My PM's are disabled, All Questions & Requests must be placed on www.AltisLife.co.uk".

So, here we are, guess I could provide you with my playerID, ingame name & hopefully we'll get my rank incl TS donationtag sorted out  Much obliged!

The message is automated however i believe it doesnt upgrade your group to avoid you losing your police tags.

The donator status is now activated however can you confirm what you are doing in TI ?.... Have you left the police ?... Just so i can update your forum tags

I don't know why i feel the need to explain myself for this

When it comes to TI, yes, I "joined" TI a couple of days ago as I was playing with my old friends who also used to be cops but they chose another path & quit on me incl the rest of all them great law enforcers out there.

If I've ever taken part of any criminal actions, answer's a no. I simply just hang around with my friends roleplaying, having a good time.
