So when you fill out the form it says "Whitin 24 hours" You guys should remove that i think. Every time i have donated i had to wait 2-4 days. I dont know how long you guys had to wait, but i have friends who had to wait for a week. so you guys should change it to "We will make you a VIP in game, When we have time"

I am unsure if its A, the google form or B, people not filling out the form which is what the last 3 people didn't do who donated.

I can tell you now I check that database every few hours, Issue is the old way... posting in the forums people also didn't do that and it caused more work chasing them.

In terms of your donation it was done instantly was it not ?

As always i do things straight away. It was taken funds from my account.  i did the Google form aswell whitin 5 min of the donation.

Unfortunately with a database of 37,000 unique people we need a arma 3 id/steam id so we can identify the correct profile.
