I was at the garage and I was going to get my tempest out to get some money from mining iron, and I saw a guy next to the garage just waiting there, so I got out an SUV to try bait him and he didn't move, I thought that he was AFK and I then took out my Tempest Device and he then stole it because I spawned at the back and he got into it before me, I managed to lock it but he then went to a scrap yard and sold it, I then informed police about this and they told me ( out of character ) that that isnt allowed and that I should report him. He then told me theres no point in reporting because its allowed but I didnt know if it was or wasnt at the time so I went ahead and did it.
