Drug effects

Detailed Suggestion:

I think drugs should give effects when used.

The Pros:

More people will try to buy drugs, so this will add more roleplay and people will try to craft drugs, at the moment you sell drugs to NPC's mainly but it doesn't make alot of money, compared to doing taxi or mechanic. So all the hastle of getting everything to create drugs just isn't worth it really.
