Dying spawns me in as a different character

Not sure if this has been reported before, however, sometimes when I ride a motorcycle and die by falling off of it during a collision, I immediately spawn skinned as the guy in the attached image. This is the second time it has happened. Reconnecting brings me back alive to my normal clothing and character. 

Dying due to collision in other vehicles has not caused this bug in my experience thus far.

@Banana thanks for taking your time to report this. There have been several changes that should have solved this problem. If you are still experiencing this problem then please do make another bug report
