Everon Changes/Missing Cosmetics

Currently the tank is only 60 litre, it would be nice if this could be increased. 

The truck can roll quite easily when driving off road, a change to fix this would be great.

Lastly there are no roll cage options for the truck when there should be.

Rollcage Mods - We get them when FiveM gets them. 

Default GTA Car - Not going to be altering the handling.
