First person in cars

With the update you need to be in first person to use a weapon whilst in a car. This means that if you have a weapon on you it automatically forces you into first person everytime you get into a car and you will have to unequip it and then go back to third person.

My suggestion is to either make it so that it changes to first person when trying to aim or so it does not auto equip a weapon when entering a vehicle.

Implemented for todays fixes, when entering a vehicle it set you to unarmed, so you have to conciously scroll to the weapon and in turn will scroll into first person. Apologies for implementing without this, I tried it on the live server when playing and it is a pain in the ass. This fixes that.
