Which Server did this happen on: Server 1
Description of what happened: Saw some guy called FLB upsetting people in side, I'd never heard of him, so figured he was a newbie. Then a few minutes later I saw him driving around in an ifrit in Kavala which got scrapped. This piqued my interest so I had a look at his character on my.altislife and I noticed he had over 1mil in the bank, an ifrit and he'd been running around with automatic weapons. But no money making licenses whatsoever. Considering he's not a donor (3mil for an ifrit, which he may have two of, one has been scrapped but his profile still has one showing) and he's very new, where did he get >5mil from?
