I am wondering if we could request getting a sound speaker system place in flywheels so when the mechanics are at shop, they have their own way of listening to music currently we are using a club they can get out of the staff parking which is handy at the moment.
Pros:
-Looks more professional
- Easier access
-less chance of club being stolen
Cons:
-Development work & time
We spoke about having our own cloak room or a space where in the garage where Employee can get changed instead of going to the clothes shop every time and us having a place to store Mechanic kits and Body kits at the garage so that staff with permission can access them because at the moment we keep them in a house and I'd rather just pay to have theses in the garage than staff keep going to store or buying keys to house. We Would also like to apply to be able to order our own Mechanic Kits & Body Kits without going through a middle man and with there permission for us to order straight from store too.
