At the moment, you can sit in a car and be invulnerable to everything except a gun. While still being able to use weapons from inside. I think that when a vehicle is fully disabled and static, it should force the player out and only let people back in when it is repaired. There is no reason to be in a disabled vehicle other than to gain invulnerability so I dont see how this would affect anything else.
