Fresh way to sell illegal items

So I was thinking we have the "search" feature In the prisons and  feel like it would create good rp if we could leave drugs or guns or what ever in like "Bins rubbish biffa bins etc etc that way. 

Feel like it would create good Rp and make people build trust / relationships... Instead of the plonkers that just come up to you randomly an be like yo bruv can I buy a gun... 

Also its not as bait as passing some one something or the animation we have for locals...  

Maybe there is a way we can implement the same feature for locals I have no idea.. 

Potential cons. 

Maybe a bit hard for police to police it I guess there has to be an equal chance for them to be able to catch you out.

I've seen something like this in NoPixel, basically a storage point at certain large bins around the map that stuff can be stored in. Good suggestion in my eyes.
