Summary: Fuel order not needing specified type of fuel

Full Description:
When you go to make a fuel order, it doesn't need you to specify what type of fuel you need, for the order to go through.
This means truckers picks up the job, goes to the gas station, unloads, go back and then it gives them an error.

I'm not sure if it's a bug, or how the system has always been, in that case I'll make it as a suggestion instead.
