Game crashed

My game crashed while I was doing something on the server, is it possible to get some kind of penalty because of that? I wouldn't enjoy getting banned because of a game crash.

I wasn't, though I was bleeding out, I crashed into some NHS guys driving on the other side of the road and they took me to the hospital, and while I was waiting the not responding thing popped up. Waited for 2 minutes but got impatient so I closed it.
