Description of what happened: We passed the garage where we saw a boxed hemtt being pulled out and went straight for the drug dealer, so i decided to go back to Kavala HQ and pull out an darter drone to scout the drug dealer where I saw one ifrit and 3 armed guys who was sat up covering the drug dealer, how ever i didn't see that boxed hemtt again, so i decided to keep scouting and a few minutes later I saw someone pulling out a new boxed hemtt going straight to the drug dealer and started selling drugs (I know who it was through metagaming.)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: no.
