Which Server did this happen on: 3
Description of what happened: So basicly I drove to the meth processing and put all my clothes to my truck, and as soon as I get out, Geno SInAtRa starts opening the inventory of my HEMMT(while it was locked).
I noticed this and decided to move the truck in the hopes of making him stop, but at that point he already had pulled out my katiba of the truck.
At the end of the video he also took all the mags and such out of the clothes aswell.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 2D) Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, didn't see any point in doing so in this case.
