GPS Bug

If a person is downed who has a GPS blip on the map Police/NCA/NHS they won't appear as downed on the map they will just keep showing up as a blip and if none of your colleagues actually know that you are downed you are most likely going to get no help as NHS can't see you downed on the map.

Fixed as of one of the recent updates post again if the issue still persists
