Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Cat use CCTV while ziptied
Provide a full description of the bug: I was ziptied last night in MRPS and put in the despatch room by the hostage takers, while in there myself and Adam Watney descovered you could still view the CCTV while in ziptied, while in RP this could be explained as they ar eon all those screens in front of you I am not sure if you are meant to be able to do this so I thought I best report it as a bug just in case

I don't think this is intended, however, I personally see no issue with this within RP., Being ziptied wouldn't prevent you from being able to monitor the screens. However, if you found yourself in this position, I would do some /me's to make it clear what you're doing to the person taking you hostage; otherwise, it could be considered powergaming.

I have also gone a step further, ensuring that the radio keybind doesn't work when you're doing this, as that would be an issue; it doesn't, so we're all good.

I am going to move this to rejected. Nonetheless, I appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention.
