GTA RP - CPS Panic button does not work

Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: CPS Panic button does not work
Provide a full description of the bug: CPS Panic button does not work. Radio is turned on but despite that the keybinds does not work. I've reset my keybindings to default and the panic isn't working.

I changed over to my Police character and it worked straight away

I don't think the CPS have the keybind the same way Police do, we don't as Judges either. Panic button for the courts people is done through the caps lock menu.
