GTA RP - Shoe rack wont spawn in

Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Shoe rack wont spawn in
Provide a full description of the bug: After the update where new houses got implemented in to the city it seems to be a issue on placing one item labeled as shoe rack, not sure if there is a issue with the new interior of the house, or if it broke during the update. But i know that it worked a few weeks ago when i decorated my last house i had before the update.

I tried going out of the house and back in, but still does not work.

I had this, leave the house and come back and it’s there

i have, but have discovered that lots of furniture dont properly work anymore when i click for it to be able to place it around. So the shoe rack is not the only item

I have also found this with a "Draws" Storage piece of furniture with the message "Failed to create furniture object" shown below:
