Halloween House Decorations

Brief Summary:

Add Halloween (and Christmas in the future) decorations to YouTool.

Detailed Suggestion:

Add Halloween decorations that are purchasable for Halloween tokens to YouTool so we can decorate our houses in seasonal decor.

The Pros:

- Adds new way to spend tokens, which is good because they are useless since you can get all the clothing items in the regular store now.

The Cons:

- None

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?
