Having always been in love with cars, and speed, Ted grew up in the underground racing scene of Tanoa. His father was the head of the Tanoa Underground Racing Federation (TURF) which organised all of the illegal races that took place, and he was a wanted man by the police of Tanoa. Not just for organising these races, but for also being a well known drug dealer.
Ted was 22 when his Father died in a horrific 4 car pile up in the final race of the season. After a short while of mourning, Ted became the new Head of the TURF, as well as the new drug lord of Tanoa. And that brings us to the present time, 4 years on, where Ted is as powerful as ever on the islands of Tanoa. As a person, Ted is very understanding, but piss him off... you'll regret it big time. And its this very reason that he's executed 17 people in his 4 year reign. And now with an influx of people arriving to Tanoa Ted see's the perfect opportunity to expand both his drug empire and the underground racing scene.
