Summary: Heroin station bugged

Full Description:
i have all the stuff to make Heroin just as normal and the recipe has not changed but all i can make is methylamine hydrochloride. i even removed the stuff to make that methylamine hydrochloride and still i could not make Heroin. Not sure whats going on if its a bug of the station.
