This is not an excuse. If you can't control your outbursts then why should people respect you or the things that you write? Only by showing that you can constructively deal with issues is a sure fire way to earn respect from the community. Swearing at admins because you are angry is only going to brand you as an immature person who doesn't deserve to be part of this community.
