hi can yuo help i cant join server everytime i try i get kicked off instanstly my friend says i need white listed

Hello, welcome to the RPUK forums.
Upon joining the server, on the lobby please look to the left of your screen, there will be 3 items/boxes, click on the bottom box and then select an empty slot to join.
If this does not work, please join the teamspeak server: ts.roleplay.co.uk and join the waiting for support channel, a member of the communities support team will give you advice on how to join the server and fix your error.
