I figured out how to get the High-Grade Weed but no clue on Heroin and Cocaine anyone can help?

If you can't find them on the map after purchasing a poseidon traders pass, poseidon have not placed them down. From personal experience though they are rarely up - your best bet is simply going for highgrade weed as it is usually running.
