Holding up Police - Stealing uniforms for a upcoming rp project

Hey, My group and I are planning an RP event where we pretend to be police to accomplish something. we where wondering would it be possible to steal uniforms from police? I know you can obviously lock pick police cars but is taking uniforms allowed? I have seen other civs wearing uniforms in the past. Thanks

You're not allowed to take Uniforms, but even if you wanted to for your "project" the gear would be the default bluefor skin unless you're an ARAC then it will be orange.

I can't find it in the rules but I believe if you are to rob and wear a cops uniform you can get banned, so just double check it with an admin/Mentor. Sounds interesting though

Ok will do! We have it all planned out! If we are allowed it should be alot of fun!

However police gear is off limits. Berets are the most you are going to get out of a cop.

It sucks that limitations have to be put on RP, but the moment the staff allow that to happen is the moment that the people who would abuse the liberty would shout and holler that they want to do it, too.

Yeah I get that, Its a shame these restrictions have to be in place. I have seen civs running around in police clothing several times

Try to steal some berets, wear some camo overalls, and use the british ballistic tactical vest that you can buy from the rebel dealer. Say you're armed response.

along as you RP well "hello my name is officer James of the Altis police department " that kinda thing, have a good story planned out and make sure the RP is solid then I don't see you have a problem with your RP ♡

PSr even go naked, say your wife shrunk your uniform in the wash, there are loads of ways to RP around the fact your not uniform
