House 122 - Garage Spawn

The Garage spawn location on House 122 causes many issues. While trying to retrieve vehicles, especially trucks. Vehicles spawn in flipped over or even fly away once you try to enter them. I believe it's because they collide with the fence and broken bike at the the side of the house as seen in the screenshots.

I've been downed many of times while trying to retrieve a vehicle here.
