House intercom system bug

[Yangjiexi]

Noticed yesterday that essentially when someone rings to door bell to your house, you are unable to let them in nothing shows on the intercom system under caps lock menu. Only the door ringing sound from the person trying to enter. I believe it for all houses ive encountered. Whether its my house or attempting to enter someone elses.
