windows key on house that hasn't already been bought, again windows key to open house menu which you can buy upgrades for house (like spawnpoint) and pay rent which if you don't you lose the house. Houses have a built in storage menu for y items and physical items but in order to store mags you need the supply upgrade which costs 5 mill
