Quick and brief one:

when vehicles are spawned at a house garage (apartment or house) the vehicles are unlocked, I'm pretty sure it would be easy enough to change it so they will be locked

(easier than changing it so you spawn the vehicles at the garage itself, but that's also an option)

+1 Would be good for apartments when everyone is using the same garage, bit of a risk when you spawn it from your door then have to run round the building to get it.

I'm fairly certain other car spawning locations (like public parking) locks cars when it didn't use to a few weeks ago, so should be possible. I agree all vehicles should spawn locked.
