How does the auction system work?

I've put 5 hemmets and 10 hatchback sports in last friday I think and I haven't gotten anything.

I still see mine in the auction site, its annoying cause i spent alot of money on buying shit and it isnt being sold!

 
Same, been a week since I posted something on the auction house, still on there...

I thought it was supposed to be 48 hours....

It says the auction will run for 2 days so yeah that should be true, idk if its in game time for 2 days lmao!

 
I put my heli that's worth like 2 million on there a week ago (Hellcat), someone bid 2 million and its still up there. No heli or money for me. xD

 
I believe that Ciaran is working on a small issue within aBay that is open to abuse (if you're smart you've probably noticed it). Until it has been fixed, all auctions are on hold. 

That's about all I know for now. I'll update you as I get any more information. Sorry chaps
