Humming bird not saving to my name

i bought a humming bird from reble outpost 3 I think and it saved after a server restart. How ever after I was going to DC I tried to store it in my garage and now it says 'Cannot store vehicle because it doesn't belong to you' But it really does, its glitched.

Would love for an admin to look into this and if I don't get it back when I next come online possibly be compensated
