you dont need to apply to play if thats what you mean ? its a soft whitelist so just being in the discord is the requirement, then just make sure you have gta legacy, fiveM, steam and discord installed and the last 2 running as it needs steam open and you can connent through fiveM pressing F8 and putting in Connect xaamj5 and hitting enter

or do you mena like apply for police/nhs/g6 ect ?
