Due to rockstar purchasing FiveM the license has been changed and they will not be able to come back, however there is an alternative to this scenario which is custom vehicles that ain't in the standard GTA V game, take a look at my suggestion which was originally for De-badged imports however the staff member @Nikolai recommended a great solution which is Vanilla friendly vehicles, essentially cars that are not based from the IRL inspect, however there are some pretty cool custom vehicles that would be cool to see within the server.
