Improve employee management UI

The current interface uses a select box with all employees ordered by id, but the id itself isn't displayed, making it difficult to find the one you're looking to edit.

I attached a quick mock-up of what it could look like, very "similar" to the solicitor directory, options being "Edit" and "Remove Employee". Also having all input fields enabled by default on the editing screen would be nice, the less small buttons I have to press the better.

Not super important, just a little QoL feature.
