Ingame Group System (sorted)

I was wondering if someone could help me? I'm looking to reform AEGIS, mostly everyone i know associated with it has left. Problem is i can't create a group in game named AEGIS as they already exist, any way around this?

Second this for 'Marmite Miners' (without the 'The' in front of it). When we first converted to the new gang system somebody grabbed the name Marmite Miners and, as far as I know, it is not being used, it's just that somebody holds the name. If possible, as one of the few Marmite Miners left, I'd like to be able to get ownership of it.
