Internet arma

Hello sorry for using this help tool to much but i have a big problem once again.

When i am playing arma i get kicked out for bad internet and lose internet. I am very scared of playing arma now becuas if i am in a sit im afraid im gonna lose the connection. Every time i do lose connection i clip it as proof but will it be enough and how do i fix this if anyone else has a simmular problem?

Do you have anything going in the background that might spike in internet usage? (While you play)

Because random spikes of ping can also get people kicked

No when ever i play cs or some other game i have great speed but its only Arma where it kicks me out for bad internet. But for exampel playing cs go i stay at 5 ping.
