Looking to start playing the server again properly, Is this tutorial still valid?

Looks roughly still valid in my opinion only thing I would say potentially is a bit iffy would be the statement at 2:50 "Hands up right now or you're going to be shot".

Rule (7.13) states the expression “put your hands up or I will shoot” is considered low RP so I wouldn't personally recommend using a phrase like that but apart from that everything in that video did seem fairly valid.
