Item Weight Rebalance

With the server now supporting decimal weight for items I think it would be nice to gradually start to add more realistic weights to some items.

In some cases this would give a buff to storage (generally when stored off the player), in others a nerf (generally when ON the player).

Examples:
Drugs - On player 0.01kg, in storage 0.1kg
Deployables (cones, road signs etc) - on player/in storage 5-10
Boxes / crates - on player 0 (You are carrying them on your back not 'in your storage' and you already move very slowly with them), in storage 50-100 (they are kind of OP currently)
Certain food/ingredients such as chips or sliced items should weigh much less, makes no sense for a single chip or pasta piece to weigh a kg
Everyday equipment (phones, radios, lockpicks, some police stuff such as PNCs etc) - reduce to a fraction of a kg to make them less impactful on inv space.

That's about it, thanks.

+1 I like this a lot, make things that are so small weigh less than 1 and so on and so on. More space for different foods etc instead of the easy duo food and drink stats items

-1 for me personally, my pockets are usually full as it is.

With this new change of soups being next to useless, i now have to carry various different foods and drinks causing my pockets to be full.

If we were to implement drugs carrying a weight also, there's no way i would be able to carry all these things at once, unless the cap was raised about 50.

1k drugs weighing 10kg isn't a big deal.

Other stuff that makes sense could weigh less also (radio, washcloths, bodycam, scissors, zipties etc which would easily compensate.)
